The hotel had amazing rooms with all the conveniences of a 5-star hotel. However, there was a stench of guttering in the room, and it was a bit far from reception, so planning ahead is essential.

The staff was extremely helpful, from the doorman assisting with a wet towel to the concierge organizing medical help for my daughter. However, there was an issue with the taxi fare discrepancy when leaving the hotel.
